Order Status
Use the “My Account” link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Click on the order number to see details for that order. On the right side of the screen the tracking link will be displayed. Check with the shipper to confirm that all your packages were delivered. If your packages all show a status of “delivered”, please contact customer service for assistance at 877-229-0351.

Returns
You are required to notify Freedom Munitions within 90 days of any issues or defects with your purchase. You may also be required to return the suspected defected ammo for testing before receiving a refund or replacement within 90 days of the prepaid return label. If you contact Freedom Munitions after the 90-day period your claim may be subject to denial, and no refund or replacement will be issued.
Alliance Bulkunitions has a company policy that all sales are final. No exchange or returns.
Order Information
Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, we are unable to modify the order or combine orders. Our only option is to cancel the order, and have you place a new order. We can only make changes to an address if the order has not shipped for free. If the order has shipped it will be a $17.60 fee or it can be held at the nearest UPS facility for pick up at no charge.
You may cancel your order before the order status has switched to “shipped.” Once an order has been shipped we are unable to cancel the order. You can cancel your order by emailing us at support@fireamunitions.com.
Awaiting Fulfillment- Your order is waiting to be picked and shipped. Need Verification- Your order is awaiting a manual verification by one of our friendly Customer Service Agents to confirm required documents for your current shipping address. Missing License- Your order is awaiting upload of your required documents through the link that has been emailed to you, or is awaiting a manual verification by one of our friendly Customer Service Agents to confirm required documents for your current shipping address.
Shipping
In general, orders placed before 2PM Central on a business day will ship that same day and you will receive a confirmation of shipment at that time. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship on weekends and on holidays. All orders placed after 2PM Central or on a weekend or holiday will be shipped the following business day.
We do not ship outside of the United States due to regulations with our merchandise.
